Potopna vodna črpalka 3hp je vrsta črpalke, pri kateri sta motor in črpalka neposredno povezana in zatesnjena kot ena enota, ki deluje popolnoma potopljena v vodo. Njegova močna zmogljivost izhaja iz notranjega motorja s tuljavo iz čistega bakra, ki je zelo učinkovit in ima dolgo življenjsko dobo. Med delovanjem motor poganja več-stopenjska propelerja, ki se vrtijo z visoko hitrostjo, pri čemer vsaka stopnja propelerja pritiska na vodo, kar na koncu dvigne vodo iz globin na desetine ali celo stotine metrov na površje.
